While there is no dedicated nanny visa in Canada, the Canadian Government has introduced two programs designed to help nannies and caregivers from countries such as India come to Canada and work in these professions. These are the Home Support Worker Program and the Home Child Care Provider Program
Having a formal qualification before becoming a nanny in Australia is not a legal requirement. That said, it is well known that the Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care is the best qualification to obtain those practical nanny skills considered necessary for the role.
